Study On The Problems Of Compulsory Isolation And Drug Rehabilitation In Jilin Province

In recent years,the problem of drug abuse in our country has become more and more serious.How to do a good job in drug detoxification and anti-drug work is related to the stable and harmonious development of society,and is also a social problem that needs to be highly valued.Since the implementation of the "Drug Control Law" in China in 2008,drug detoxification work has also entered a new stage,and at the same time provided the corresponding legal basis for China to carry out compulsory isolation drug detoxification work.In China's anti-drug treatment system,compulsory isolation of drug treatment is an indispensable component.Especially after entering the new era,China is under very great pressure in the fight against drug treatment and the situation it faces is also very serious.It is necessary to carry out compulsory isolation detoxification in the existing environment.This study takes the JLNZ detoxification center as an example.After studying the specific situation of the operation of compulsory isolation drug treatment in our province,it analyzes many problems that are difficult to solve in the current phase of compulsory isolation drug treatment in our province.Countermeasure suggestions for operability.The main contents include: First,the introduction.Analyzed the research background,research significance and domestic and international research status,expounded the research ideas and research methods of this research;second,related concepts and theoretical basis.Through analysis of drugs,drug addiction,and compulsory isolation for drug addiction,the relevant concepts in this research process are deeply analyzed,and the theoretical basis of this study is expounded from Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,scientific management theory,and behavioral incentive theory;Third,the significance and status of the work of compulsory isolation for drug treatment in Jilin Province.The significance of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation in Jilin Province is analyzed from three aspects: the inevitable need of the system of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation.The status quo of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation work is analyzed from two aspects: the early development and the regularization of the development of the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation work in Jilin Province and the results achieved by the mandatory isolation drug rehabilitation work in Jilin Province.Fourth,the problems and causes of the forced isolation and drug rehabilitation in Jilin Province.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the work of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation in Jilin Province from theaspects that the law enforcement subject is not clear.On this basis,the causes of the above-mentioned problems are analyzed from the aspects of inadequate laws and regulations;fifth,on the countermeasures to improve the work system of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation in Jilin Province.On the basis of the analysis above,from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,clarifying the main body of law enforcement and other aspects,it puts forward measures to improve the system of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation in Jilin Province.This study attempts to propose effective countermeasures to solve the problems in the forced isolation treatment in Jilin Province,provide a certain reference for the development of forced isolation treatment in Jilin Province,and then provide a reference for the development of forced isolation treatment in Jilin Province.
