The College Village Officials Plan belongs to an important strategic decision of our party,which can effectively alleviate the employment pressure of college students.At the same time,it has great significance and significance for promoting the construction of new countryside and solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In fact,Jiangsu put forward the "Eagle Project" as early as 1995.After more than 20 years of exploration and development,the conditions for implementing the college student plan are becoming more and more mature,but with the further implementation of the village official plan,the village official period There are still some problems in the going up.The status of not being a peasant,not belonging to a cadre or a civil servant makes these village officials seem confused when planning their future development,and the experience of village officials in 3-6 years is also very large.To a certain extent,it limits the play of its own role,which in turn makes them confused about future development and cannot see the future development path.In 2015,the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee made sure that the newly selected college village officials in 2016 and later were the longest working period in the village for twoappointing periods(6 years),and the job was not renewed after two employment periods.In 2015,the college village officials who were recruited before and after the signing of the renewal contract in the future should clearly not renew their employment in the village(community)for a full period of employment(3years).A number of in-service college village officials have no intention to work,because in the future they have to face the problem of reemployment,which undoubtedly affects the practical results of the college village official plan.Firstly,the paper starts from the theoretical basis of the career development of the college village officials.By consulting relevant documents,this paper introduces the development of the college village officials in Jiangsu Province,and makes an in-depth case analysis on the career development of the college village officials in Q city,and through a questionnaire survey and field interviews,to understand the real idea of the college village officials.Through the analysis of the survey results,we have a comprehensive grasp of the career development of college village officials in Q city.The difficulties encountered in career development include worries about career development,unclear career development prospects,and obstacles in staying in the village and so on.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the factors affecting the career development of college student village officials are insufficient circulation channels,inadequate policy support,self-improvement,and imperfect evaluation system.In view of these factors,this paper explores and puts forward four countermeasures to promote the career development of college student villageofficials: First,we should diversify the flow channels and create a good business environment,so that the flow and retention coexist;Second,improve the protection of diversified systems,eliminate identity discrimination,improve environmental treatment and give the system security;third,further strengthen and optimize training systems,enhance their overall capabilities,and actively carry out classified training;Fourth,to establish a scientific selection mode,improve the evaluation system,so that college village officials can be rooted in the grass roots.I have also been a college village official,working in this position for a period of three years,and I have a profound understanding of the importance of college village officials for rural work,also worried about my career development.Although I am no longer a village official,I am still concerned about this group and the problems they encounter in their career development.And the purpose of this paper is to understand the dilemma of college village officials in career development,as well as the causes of the dilemma,draw on the relevant experience of other provinces and cities,and put forward some countermeasures to solve these dilemma.And then improve the effectiveness of the work of college village officials,so that the work of the college village officials can be smoothly carried out and implemented,and then promote the development of rural economy as a whole.
