In order to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations and the ability of self-government,the CPC Central Committee has made major strategic decisions to recruit college students to work at the rural grass-roots level.This is of great significance to guide and encourage college graduates to face the Grassroots Employment,alleviate the severe employment situation and improve the structure of rural grassroots cadres.The policy of college student village officials has been more than ten years,which has played an important role in rural economic,political and cultural construction.However,in the process of implementation,the policy of university student village officials also has the problem of high loss rate after the expiration of the period of village officials,which affects the stability of the rural cadres and the improvement of their qualityIn order to study the situation of the separation of College Students' village officials at the expiration of the period,analyze the willingness of College Students' village officials to stay in the village,and provide decision-making basis for strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations,taking Zhuji City as a case point,40 college students' village officials on the job and 40 college students' village officials who have been separated were randomly selected for questionnaire survey,and the following conclusions were drawn through data analysis and chi square test:College student village officials are satisfied with the current situation but have low intention to stay.56.25%of college student village officials are satisfied with their positions and 63.75%of them are satisfied with their annual income.51%of the motivation is to take the position of university student village official as a springboard for the examination of civil servants and public institutions.72.5%of on-the-job college students said they would leave the countryside,hoping to be admitted as civil servants or public institution staff,hoping that the government could provide more preferential policies for targeted recruitmentThe results of cross statistics show that the place of birth and income satisfaction significantly affect the willingness to stay at random at the level of 1%;the marital status,family support and employment motivation significantly affect the willingness to stay at random at the level of 5%;gender and family social support significantly affect the willingness to stay at the level of 10%.It is further proved that the willingness of university student village officials to stay is low,and it is difficult to stabilize university student village officials.The main reasons for the low willingness of university student village officials to stay at will are:the deviation of motivation,the lack of identity identity,the imperfect incentive mechanism,and the weak democratic consciousness of villagers.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:to optimize the selection and employment policy,to purify the motivation;to carry out the selection and transfer of students policy,to enhance the sense of identity;to assess the recruitment of outstanding university student village officials;to broaden the promotion channels of university student village officials;to strengthen the cultivation of villagers' democratic consciousness.
