The work of university student village officials in our country has been carried out for more than a decade.Successful examples also have failed lessons.Since 2008,Q City has hired a group of university students to work directly into rural areas each year.The work of college student village officials has always been highly valued by leaders and organizations at all levels.This article hopes to analyze the status quo and future career plans of university graduates in Q city,find problems in career development,analyze the reasons,summarize experiences,explore countermeasures,strive to apply their knowledge,and provide direction for the career development of university graduates.guide.This thesis firstly searches the domestic research situation of university students' village officials and understands the previous research results and deficiencies.The five-stage theory of career development,personality traits-career matching theory,human capital theory,Maslow's needs Hierarchy theory was used as a theoretical basis,and then the background and development history of the selection and employment of college graduates' village official plan including the college graduates' village officials' plan were sorted out.The Q college student village official was selected as a sample,and the status of the grassroots organizations in Q city was adopted.The investigation and analysis of the status quo of the Q Village Student Village Officer Program in Q City was based on a thorough investigation and interviews with several college student village officials and a questionnaire survey of more than 200 university student village officials.Analyzing the problems existing in the career development of university students in villages and universities,analyzing the causes of the problems,and exploring the strategies for the work of village officials in Q city by combining the successful experiences of the career development of other college students in villages;The level of training,identify their own positioning,improve the system of college students to stay in office and the recruitment system and improve the college student village officials reward system to protect the smooth development of college graduates career.Employ college students as village officials and deliver high-quality talents to backward rural areas.To develop modern agriculture,fully integrate and effectively use various resources in rural areas,promote the development of rural economic,social,and cultural undertakings and promote new socialist countryside.The pace of construction and the construction of a harmonious socialist society are of great significance.Therefore,planning the career development of university graduates is not only conducive to the contribution of highly educated talents to the society,but also enables the college graduates themselves to develop well.
