The Transition And Reconstruction Of Culture In State-owned Factorial Unit Community

The research of ‘unit' is one of the basic problems in the study of Sociology in China,and it is also one of the most active topics.This study tries to analyze the ‘unit society' from the perspective of ‘unit people'.Through the life in unit community of grandfather-tofather generations,to show how do the 'unit people' construct and reconstruct the unit culture,to seek a new path of the construction on community culture.Through the field investigation of the field object Kungang community,as a typical representative of the old industrial base,the motivation of the cultural reconstruction in the Kungang community is largely derived from the 'unit' tradition and factors.Therefore,this study focuses on revealing the complex structure of 'unit' culture and community culture in the 'unit period',in order to explore the effective path of community cultural construction.‘Unit' does not replace the community simply at all.There is a complex symbiotic interaction between them.The existing research aims at to construct and evaluate community on dualism between government and society.And ignores a basic fact that it has neglected the unit characteristics of China society,before the community forms,and separated the inner relationship between traditional work-unit and modern community to construct community without existing foundation.Community construction and community governance should follow the diversity of perspectives and multiple paths,especially in the region where the typical system of units is more concentrated,more importantly,we should respect the cohesion and acceptance of history itself.
