Research On Administrative Fact Behavior Of Public Security Expropriation And Requisition

First of all,from the meaning of public security administrative expropriation and public security administrative expropriation,combined with the theoretical research on the concept of administrative factual act,this paper summarizes the meaning of administrative factual act in public security administrative expropriation and expropriation.Then,it summarizes the characteristics of the administrative fact behavior in the public security expropriation,so as to extend the significance of the administrative fact behavior in the public security expropriation.Secondly,by analyzing the legal basis of different effectiveness of the administrative fact act in the public security expropriation,this paper classifies the administrative fact act in the public security expropriation,and uses the combination of interpretation and form to make the performance of the administrative act in the public security expropriation more intuitive.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems of the administrative factual behavior in the public security expropriation and the causes of the problems.On the basis of recognizing the problems,this paper puts forward all-round suggestions from four aspects: ideological norms,legal norms,supervisionWith the implementation of the strategy of running the country according to law,the administrative function of the government has been increasing.In the process of government administration,there are a lot of administrative factual behaviors,especially in the process of public security law enforcement.The academic research on administrative legal act is fruitful,while the research on administrative factual act is obviously weak.Specifically,there are few researches on the administrative factual behaviors in the public security expropriation and expropriation which are closely related to the civil rights and interests.Based on this topic,this paper tries to enrich the relevant theoretical research and provide some reference for practice.norms and relief norms.
