In recent years,governments at all levels have increased their investment in special funds.However,due to the pursuit of scale only,the construction of funds management related systems is lacking,and the management has not been improved simultaneously.As a result,corruption cases involving special funds have been highly prone in recent years.Must be Caused a high degree of attention.Political risk prevention and control is an act of restricting power and preventing corruption by implementing a series of means such as risk identification,classification,and governance.It's an implementation of comprehensively administering the party strictly and achieving the source of corruption.Important links,with the reform of the national supervision system and the continuous deepening of the party's strict management,the importance of the prevention and control of clean government risks has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,it has also revealed that there are still some shortcomings in the prevention and control of integrity risks,which require constant evolution and improvement.This paper mainly sorts out the concepts and theories related to the prevention and control of special funds integrity risk,summarizes the classification and characteristics of the special funds integrity risk,and the steps and methods of preventing and controlling the risk of integrity funds,and applies them in subsequent problem analysis.This paper selects the L area of S city in the eastern coastal city for sample,analyzes the practice of L area in the prevention and control of special funds integrity risk,and analyzes the problems discovered in recent years in auditing,inspection and supervision.The departmental powers in the prevention and control of special funds in the face of integrity risk are still not standardized,the risk points are not sufficiently in-depth,the power operation mechanism is not perfect,the discretionary space is still huge,and the prevention of ideological and moral risks is not enough.I also selected some domestic areas to learn from the practice of prevention and control of special funds' integrity and risk,and proposed to strengthen the integrity education from the ideological point of view,clarify the powers and responsibilities from the mechanism,improve the degree of control,and strictly investigate and punish and improve information from the supervision.Five aspects,such as the level of regulatory supervision,propose suggestions and measures to further improve theprevention and control of the integrity of the special funds,with a view to providing sample references and working ideas for the work of relevant units.
