Research On The Mechansims Of Prevention And Control About Integrity Risk In Universities

It is quite important to strengthen the prevention and control on the integrity risk in universities.It helps to nurture the qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause,helps to regulate national school-running behaviors and helps to promote the legalization construction of universities management.Meanwhile,it promotes the universities to allocate the teaching resources rationally,and helps universities to realize sustainable and healthy development.Based on the review of typical and mature theories of education management,early warning management and quality management,this research explored the prevention and control mechanism of the integrity risk in universities from three perspectives(dynamic perspective,quantitative perspective,and microscopic perspective).It can help to promote the establishment of prevention and control mechanism of the integrity risk,and can help to explore the new methods and new approaches to prevent corruption and regulate the allocation of resources in universities.It is believed that this research helps to broaden the research perspectives and expand the application domain of education economics,rent seeking economics,etc.Meanwhile,it provides references and decision taking basis for law enforcement departments like Discipline Inspection,Ministry of Supervision etc.to prevent and control the integrity risk.The main content of this dissertation includes three perspectives.Firstly,it refines the common laws of integrity risk in universities from the angle of risk link points,risk source and risk chain.And it systematically drew the intricate maps of integrity risks in universities.Secondly,it constructed the static game model among law enforcers(those from Discipline Inspection,Ministry of Supervision etc.),rent seekers(corruptors),and rent-seeking objects.Through introducing the compound dynamic equation,it reveals the dynamic game rules among them.Moreover,it simulated the dynamic process of the prevention and control on the integrity risk in universities.In this process,it treated dynamic equilibrium strategies of evolutionary game as simultaneous differential equations,and treated working strength,corruption strategy,and participating strategy as level variables.Thirdly,it analyzed the relevant factors in the prevention and control mechanism of the integrity risk in universities through factor analysis and cluster analysis.Through exploratory factor analysis,this research tried to construct the structural equation model of the prevention and control of the integrity risk.Meanwhile,it analyzed the relations among the four latent variables through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Furthermore,it carried out the cluster analysis,word analysis and correlation analysis of the high-frequency vocabularies related to the core topic,aiming at refining the rules of the prevention and control of the integrity risk.The innovation points of the research embodied in three aspects.Firstly,it constructed the static game model and system dynamics model among law enforcers,rent seekers and rent-seeking objects.Through analyzing the behaviors of law enforcers,rent seekers and rent-seeking objects,it explored the main factors that influencing their game,and revealed the evolutionary direction of the prevention and control of the integrity risk in universities.Meanwhile,it put forward some feasible suggestions.Secondly,it constructed the structural equation model of the prevention and control mechanism of the integrity risk.In the model,the risk education and risk prevention were treated as exogenous variables,and internal and external supervision and prevention focus were treated as endogenous variables.The model represented the internal logic among the influencing factors of the prevention and control of the integrity risk.Thirdly,it established the content analysis model of the integrity risk based on group case study.Selecting the typical case of the prevention and control of the integrity risk in universities as research subjects,it carried out the cluster analysis,word analysis and correlation analysis of the high-frequency vocabularies related to the core topic.Through this model,we found out key points for the prevention and control of the integrity risk in universities.
