Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Xuzhou Trade Union Organizations In Carrying Forward The Spirit Of Craftsman

At this stage,our country is in a critical period of social and economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading,facing many opportunities and challenges,we must revive the real economy,and constantly improve the quality,efficiency and competitiveness of the real economy,which needs to be led by the craftsman spirit of excellence.In his nineteenth major reports,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of building a knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workforce,promoting the spirit of the model worker and the craftsman spirit.Carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen is the proper meaning in the work of trade unions.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward that "great powers craftsmen are highly skilled personnel in the ranks of workers.The trade union should work together in all aspects to build a platform and stage for the great country's craftsmen to play their roles,and cultivate and bring up more great country's craftsmen." It puts forward hope and requirement for the trade union to carry forward the spirit of craftsman and cultivate craftsman talents.At present,the development of Xuzhou is on a new journey.High quality development requires the construction of a high skilled and high-quality workforce,and the construction of a professional atmosphere and a good fashion of striving for excellence in the whole society.To study the problems existing in the promotion of the spirit of craftsmen by Xuzhou Labor Union and to explore the countermeasures are conducive to the cultivation of a large number of craftsmen who understand the innovation of technology society,so as to promote the construction of a large army of knowledge-based,skill based and innovative workers;to further focus on the center and serve the overall situation,and to unite the city's workers to play a leading role in promoting high-quality development.It is beneficial for Xuzhou labor union to build more platforms for the city's employees to improve their quality,pay,and grow-up.It is also helpful for the government's functional departments to provide guidance for the formulation of policies related to technical talent incentives,education,training,etc.,and promote the construction of talented Highlands in Huaihai Economic Zone of Xuzhou,so as to promote the high quality of Xuzhou's economic and social development.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper first summarizes the research results,relevant concepts and theoretical basis at home and abroad,and expounds that Xuzhou trade union has threeadvantages of organization,system and funds to promote the spirit of craftsmanship.It is summarized from four aspects: cultivating the professional spirit of workers,improving the quality of workers' skills,strengthening the service of workers' rights and improving the position of workers' masters.This paper points out the main methods of Xuzhou labor union,and then points out the problems existing in carrying forward the spirit of craftsman of Xuzhou Labor Union and analyzes the reasons.Finally,it learns from the relevant experience and practices of the labor union in the advanced areas of China,from four aspects of promoting the development of craftsman talents,strengthening the incentive and guarantee work,promoting the standardization of data management information,and strengthening the self construction of the labor union.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
