Study On Problems And Countermeasure In T District Inspection Work

The "Regulations of the Communist party of China on internal oversight " passed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly stated the need to establish an inspection system nationwide The Central Inspection Work Plan(2018-2022)issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee emphasizes that city and county party committees should rely on a sound inspection system to improve corruption governance efficiency of the problem,especially to implement the system to the "last kilometer ".In recent years,the requirements of inspections have been carefully implemented throughout the country,steadily promoted the in-depth development of city and county inspection work,give full play to the "sword" role,effectively improved the power operation environment at the grass-roots level,and improved the sense of access,happiness and security of the masses.Based on the research object of T area,this paper analyzes the current situation of its inspection,and puts forward some solutions to the key problems.Through literature review,field research and personal work experience,It is found that T district takes "discover problems and form deterrence" as its main task,and highlights the position of political inspection and promote all work in a down-to-earth way,some achievements have been made in the deployment and implementation,the establishment of rules and regulations,and talent guarantee.However,deep-seated problems are still difficult to find,human relations are disturbed,and the inspection results are not fully used.By analyzing the causes of the problems,drawing on the advanced experience and practice of inspection in other regions of China,and combined he actual situation of T district,pertinently pointed out that it is necessary to explore a variety of inspection methods,focus on clue collection,and strengthen publicity and guidance to promote the precise development of inspection and supervision;it is necessary to optimize the inspection team and improve the incentive mechanism to strengthen the construction of inspection teams;it is necessary to compact the rectification responsibility,improve the supervision mechanism,and strengthen supervision measures to ensure that the inspection rectification are truly implemented.Through the above measures,we can solve the problems existing in the inspection work in T district and further improve the effectiveness of inspection work.
