Research On Evolution Trends Of Netizens' Emotional State In Emergency Events

With the popularization of internet and the importance of internet public opinion,the ever-growing population of internet users has become a public concern.Network users play a crucial part in network public opinion and create influential internet public opinion.Nowadays,network users prefer emotion expression,which guides public opinion directly.Therefore,it's of importance for public opinion control to conclude the laws of public emotion evolution.The main tasks of this paper are listed below:1.The thesis studied the existing sentiment analysis model based on convolutional neural networks,it is found that most models cannot measure the proportion of each word in the comments of netizens to the emotional tendency,and the comments published by netizens are generally composed of emoticons and text,and they also have less analysis of emoticons,these problems have led to poor performance of sentiment analysis.In order to solve these problems,the thesis designed emoticon-combined attention convolution neural network model for sentiment analysis.The experiments proved that the model improved the accuracy in emotion classification.2.The emotion of internet users is changeable in internet public opinion.Based on Bounded Rational Hypothesis and Evolutionary Game Theory,the thesis abstracted the emotional selection strategies of internet users into parameters,set up the emotional game model of internet users under government's supervision,analyzed its local stability,simulated internet users' emotion track to stability by stages in cases with Matlab,and verified the outcomes in a scientific way.3.To visualize the evolution process of internet users' emotion,the thesis designed visualization system of internet users' emotion analysis with the help of information visualization techniques.It gave a detailed introduction on how the system was developed and its functions and tested its main functions.Aimed at the laws of internet users' emotion evolution,the thesis designed sentiment analysis model to analyze their emotions,concluded the laws of their emotion evolution through studying emotional changes in emergency with the help of emotional game model under government's supervision,and displayed their emotion information from multiple points of view through visualization system.
