"Take A Husband":A Study On The Traditional Legal Culture Of The Marriage In Longnan

The marriage custom in Longnan area has its own unique characteristics,and is different from other Han villages and areas,mainly affected by the historical background,geographical environment,religious belief and cultural heritage,etc.the local legal culture of cumbersome marriage has its obvious characteristics,leaving a unique marriage custom in the continuous change of history.This paper is divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,the introduction mainly describes the reasons and background of the topic,introduces the historical situation and geographical location of Longnan area,and summarizes the writing and research methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the history of the marriage law culture of "women marry men" in Longnan and the local common law,and emphatically introduces the establishment of the marriage of "getting married" in Longnan,the conditions of marriage prohibition and the specific process of the wedding in detail,including the explanation of the current investigation of the legal culture of "women marry men" in Longnan Conclusion,family property relationship,dissolution of marriage and inheritance of property.It also summarizes the characteristics and changes of the marriage legal culture of "women marry men" in Longnan,and analyzes the causes of the formation of the marriage and family legal culture.The third chapter discusses the future development and adjustment of the marriage legal culture of "women marry men" in Longnan with three main points.Firstly,it gives academic consideration to the conflict between the marriage legal culture of "women marry men" in Longnan and the law making and its specific performance.Secondly,it explains the consistency between the marriage legal culture of "women marry men" in Longnan and the national law This paper analyzes and discusses the ways of adjustment between the marriage legal culture and the national law.
