Analysis On The Current Situation Of The Occupational Pressure Of Criminal Police In Luyi County Public Security Bureau And Its Countermeasures

In peacetime,the criminal police,as the Public Security Bureau,is the most basic fighting entity to protect the people,to fight against the enemy,to serve the people,and to punish criminals,it is a high-risk,high-load,sudden,high-risk and pressure-intensive profession.The particularity of the profession itself leads to excessive pressure,which seriously affects the effective exertion of the criminal police's potential,it has greatly damaged the physical and mental health of the criminal police,thus seriously reducing the fighting power and cohesion of the whole criminal police force.In this context,this study takes the criminal police of Luyi County Public Security Bureau of Zhoukou City,Henan Province as the object,based on the previous literature research,using the interview data,combined with the questionnaire,to make a preliminary thinking and Analysis on the structure,causes,current situation,hazards and Countermeasures of the occupational stress of the criminal police,and carry out the investigation on the occupational stress of the criminal police.The statistical results show that 260 questionnaires were distributed in total.After screening,220 questionnaires were effective.Spss20.0 software was used to process and analyze the data of the questionnaires.The reasons that affect the occupational stress of criminal police are that it involves many factors,such as working factors,social organization factors,family factors and their own factors.Therefore,to alleviate the occupational stress of Criminal Police The policy should also be multi-level,three-dimensional and multi angle.Combined with the successful experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward six ways to relieve the professional pressure of Criminal Police:(1)reasonable allocation of limited police force,improve the daily assessment mechanism.(2)Establish diversified development channels and broaden career promotion channels.(3)Perfect the training system and incentive mechanism.(4)We will increase economic benefits and improve the vacation mechanism.(5)Enhance their own ability,strengthen the psychological identity of the criminal police profession.(6)Increase the positive publicity of the media and create a harmonious family atmosphere.It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the content of the study on the professional stress of criminal police,in order to promote and maintain the individual physical and mental health of criminal police,and thus reduce the professional stress of criminal police,to further improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the criminal police force,to provide some guidance and reference for the study of various types of police professional pressure to provide useful reference.
