The Study On The Occupational Psychological Pressure Of Prison Police And The Countermeasures

With the rapid development of the society,people are facing increasing pressure,and the psychological pressure brought by occupation is gradually concerned by more and more public management researchers.As a special working group,prison polices have totally different working characteristics compared with other public management professionals,They shoulder the arduous task of carrying out the national penalty and educating and reforming criminals.The professional psychological pressure brought by their special working nature has certain impact on the mental health of prison polices.When the pressure cannot be timely and reasonably released,it will definitly have a negative impact on the working status and efficiency.The prison people's police have too much professional psychological pressure,which will also affect the play of social public functionsThis paper attempts to analyze the source of the prison police's professional psychological pressure,and on this basis to explore effective solutions.Based on a large number of literature,and according to the characteristics of highly concentrated gender of prison police,this paper selects a female prison(abbreviated as prison A)and a male prison(abbreviated as prison B)in Henan Province as the research objects,adopts questionnaire survey,individual interview,comparative analysis,literature research and other methods,summarizes the current situation of the prison people's police professional psychological pressure,and analyzes its professional psychological pressure Source of power and put forward countermeasuresThe main conclusions of this paper inlcudes: firstly,the phenomenon of excessive professional psychological pressure is commonly found in prison police;secondly,the work mechanism,environmental impact,work object and self factors are the main reasons for the excessive professional psychological pressure of prison polices;thirdly,it is analyzed from multiple perspectives and put forward to be improved in combination with the actual prison work countermeasures such as working mechanism,improving working environment,innovating methods,and improving literacy can relieve the occupational psychological pressure of prison police,in order to improve the physical and mental health status of grassroots police,improve work efficiency,promote the development of smart prison,and promote the construction process of new pattern of social governance.
