Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Government Petition Work In The Era Of We-media

At present,the society has entered the era of we media,and we media platforms have played a significant role in supervising the work of the government.Grassroots government petition work is also bound to face the new challenges of we-media platform.This paper takes the problems and countermeasures of the grassroots government's complaint reporting work in hechuan district of chongqing in the era of we media as the research object,takes the theory and practice of the complaint reporting work as the support,strives to find the problems,and proposes practical solutions.The first chapter summarizes the research background and significance of this topic,and makes a detailed review of the domestic and foreign research status,and provides the overall research ideas and methods.In the second chapter,the author sorts out the basic concepts and characteristics of "we media" and "petition work",which is the premise and theoretical basis of problem analysis.The third chapter,combined with the previous questionnaire survey,comments on the current situation of the grassroots government in hechuan district,chongqing in the era of "we media",and analyzes the challenges and problems brought by "we media" to the grassroots government's complaint reporting work.The fourth chapter systematically analyzes the causes of the problems faced by the grassroots government in the era of "we media".The cost of individual rights protection is high and the legal environment is not perfect;The imperfect working mechanism makes it difficult to deal with the supervision of we media.Chapter five analyzes the possibility of making full use of the advantages of "we media" in grassroots government's complaint reporting work from three aspects of "improving people's livelihood,strengthening the legal system and improving the complaint reporting mechanism".It also points out that only by consciously dealing with the normalization of supervision of we media can the petition work conform to the new era and solve the problems.
