Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Letters And Visits

In today’s society, contradictions are intricate and complex, group interests often conflict with each other. In the social atmosphere where the legal system is not perfect and the law enforcement environment is not regulated, work of letters and calls plays an important role as the complaint and relief system with Chinese characteristics. It cannot be denied that work of letters and calls makes a great contribution to safeguarding the group interests, maintaining social stability as well as promoting social harmony. Therefore, keep improving and enhancing the level of work of letters and calls has a very important significance to promoting steady economic and social development as well as effectively eliminating the contradictions and problems existing in the operation of society.As a county-level city of Z in Northeast China has made certain achievements in the past the petition work,but there are questions of the petition problem. In this paper,using the literature analysis,comparative analysis and other methods from the basic elements of the petition work,combined with the actual situation,the work of grass-roots petition in Z to find the problem,analyze the underlying reasons, in combination with the petition work situation,put forward onecountermeasures,to solve the problem.
