Research On The Path And Risk Control Of Chinese Security Companies' Overseas Business

With the continuous deepening of the country's “ going out ” strategy and the continuous advancement of the “Belt and Road”construction,The scale of China's overseas interests is expanding.In recent years,the international security situation has been grim,especially in the countries along the “Belt and Road”regime change,social unrest,terrorist attacks,ethnic and religious conflicts,burglary and other serious threats to the safety of China's overseas interests.Maintaining the safety of overseas interests has become an opportunity to promote Chinese security companies to develop overseas business.However,due to the late start of overseas development of Chinese security companies,and at the same time,the security industry is an important and sensitive industry.How to“go out”and how to control when encountering risks has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this article discusses the risks and paths of Chinese security companies' overseas business development,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This article consists of five parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,and a summary of relevant research at home and abroad.The second part is the basic category and theoretical basis of the research in this article,mainly to define the conceptual connotation of security services and security companies,and to explain the theory on which this paper is written.The third part introduces the current situation of Chinese security companies' overseas business development,and then analyzes the risks faced by Chinese security companies' overseas business development from the four perspectives of politics,law,operation and social culture.The fourth part is the study of foreign advanced experience,and analyzes the path and risk control experience and inspiration of foreign security companies to develop overseas business.The fifth part is based on the analysis of risk,drawing on advanced foreign experience,and proposing the path selection of Chinese security companies to conduct overseas business,that is,adopting various investment methods,carefully markets selecting,and systematic risk control.
