Research On Mobile Video Detection

With the rapid development of video reconnaissance,the "Skynet Project" and "Xue liang Project" planned to be built across the country began to advance rapidly,becoming a basic project to enhance the construction capacity and level of "Safe China",,thus effe ctively promoting the video reconnaissance technology.widely used.Video surveillance has not only become a new means of maintaining stability,fighting terrorism,policing preven tion and control,serving people's livelihood,deterring criminals and precisely fighting cri me,but also has become a new source of clues and fixed evidence found in the investig ation and detection of cases,and has become a national public security.The basic work of the criminal investigation department has also become a new growth pole for investig ating and solving cases in the new era.However,while video surveillance is developing rapidly,many problems have arisen.First of all,because video surveillance mainly relies on fixed video surveillance,the public security organs have too simple ways to obtain vide o resources,and the public security organs have problems in construction,management,maintenance,etc.in the application of video surveillance,so that In many cases,video i nvestigation cannot play its true role.Based on this,the author proposes a new direction of mobile video detection based on these problems encountered in video detection to m ake up for the defects in current video detection.Secondly,the author understands that public security organs have not had any practical means of investigation to deal with iss ues such as online chasing,identification and tracking of suspect vehicles,and detection of complex topographic cases on site.Therefore,through further research on mobile vide o detection,with the help of modern mobile Internet technology,the author proposes thr ee corresponding mobile video detection modes: First,the mobile phone in the smart ha ndheld terminal and the law enforcement recorder in the portable police equipment as th e carrier,Build a mobile video detection mode based on face recognition technology to deal with the difficulty of online pursuit.2.Using vehicles as carriers,build a mobile vi deo detection mode based on vehicle model recognition technology to deal with the pro blems of difficult to identify and track suspect vehicles and difficult to analyze vehicles in high-risk regions.3.Using police drones as a carrier,build a mobile video detection mode based on remote sensing technology to deal with the problems of complex detecti on of crime scene terrain,large numbers of people involved,and wide geographical cov erage.Finally,I hope that the mobile video detection mode based on different science and technology,supported by the modern mobile Internet,will enable the public security organs to further develop and expand new video detection positions,transform video det ection thinking,change video detection methods,and improve video The effectiveness of investigation work.
