Research On Road Traffic Accident Information Collection Based On The Concept Of Intelligent Policing

Road traffic accident information collection is the most efficient and direct method to describe road traffic accidents,and it is an important basis for rational traffic accident analysis.The complete road traffic accident information can comprehensively reflect the road traffic accident status by collecting people,vehicles,roads and environment and other factors related to the accident.At present,road traffic safety has become a major problem in today's world,threatening the safety of human life and property.Therefore,it has become the focus of research in the field of traffic safety at home and abroad to make full use of contemporary advanced concepts and technical methods to conduct in-depth research on the problem of road traffic accident information collection.With the advent of the era of big data,the concept of intelligent policing has been applied and developed in the police reform.As an integral part of the intelligent policing construction system,road traffic accident information collection requires indepth study of the application of the intelligent policing concept in its practice,in order to achieve a comprehensive,scientific and standardized collection of road traffic accident information.Analyze the causes of accidents and master the laws of accidents in an all-round way to prevent and reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents.In this paper,a road traffic accident handling department of a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province was used as a research platform to carry out investigation and research on the collection of reasonable traffic accident information.Combined with the current situation of road traffic accident information collection in China,the main problems it faces are analyzed:the road traffic accident information standardization process is slow,the information collection technology is backward,the accident data collection is incomplete and the management mechanism is lacking,resulting in reasonable traffic accident information collection problems such as confusing standards,insufficient collection content,and unclear functions and powers have directly restricted the deepening of reasonable traffic accident research.Under this background,the full use of the technical concept of intelligent policing,based on the theory of road traffic accidents,supported by Geographic Information System(GIS)technology and data mining,built a GIS Road traffic accident information collection system that integrates road traffic accident information collection,database association,and data mining.Through data mining association rules and rough set methods,the data can be collected and processed scientifically,comprehensively and objectively.The data collected by the Y team of aroad traffic accident handling department of a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province is used as an example for application analysis.Under the guidance of the concept of intelligent policing management,combined with the problems existing in the management mechanism of the road traffic accident handling department of a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province,in-depth analysis and research.Starting from the five aspects of system regulation construction,system construction,organization setting,information sharing,and talent management,a basic framework for improving the current management mechanism is proposed.Transform the traditional road traffic accident handling model to achieve efficient operation of road traffic accident handling.
