In recent years,the epidemic trend of new psychoactive substances(NPS)of cathinones has become more and more intense,which has caused serious social harm at home and abroad.This kind of substance,which has highly addictiveis,it is easy to synthesize and difficult to control.Therefore,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of new psychoactive substances of Cathinones has become an important subject for the inspection and identification of public security organs.Due to the large number of derivatives of Cathinones,there are many isomers and substances with very similar structures,so it is difficult to separate them well by common methods,and it cannot meet the requirements of the new drug case test.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an analytical method that can simultaneously examine multifarious new psychoactive substances of cathinones.In this paper,a method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of seven new psychoactive substances of cathinones by liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry and a method for the quantitative analysis of seven new psychoactive substances of cathinones by liquid chromatography were established,which through the actual case verification.The method is simple,fast,efficient and reliable,and is suitable for the detection of new psychoactive substances of cathinones in suspected drugs.The main results of the study are as follows:1.A method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the seven new psychoactive substances of 1-(2-Methylphenyl)-2-methylaminopropan-1-one(2-MMC),1-(3-Methylphenyl)-2-methylaminopropan-1-one(3-MMC),1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)propan-1-one(3-CMC),1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)propan-1-one(4-CMC),1-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-2-methylaminopropan-1-one(Methedrone),2-methylamino-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)propan-1-one(Methylone)and 1-(3,4-Methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-ethylaminopropan-1-one(Ethylone)by liquid chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry was established.Use Agilent ~? 1290-6540 liquid chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometer,use gilent ~? ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(3.0mm×150mm,1.8 ?m)chromatographic column;the mobile phase was 0.1%(v / v)formic acid-water(5 mol / L ethanoic acid)(A-phase)and methanol(B-phase);the mass spectrum used the SCAN mode,Electrospray double-spray positive ion source(Dual AJS ESI +).The qualitative ion of 2-MMC is 145.0885,160.1119,and the quantitative ion is 178.1226;the qualitative ion of 3-MMC is 145.0885,160.1119,and the quantitative ion is 178.1226;the qualitative ion of the selected 3-CMC is 145.0886,180.0573,and the quantitative ion is 198.0680;The qualitative ion of 4-CMC is 145.0886,180.0573,and the quantitative ion is 198.0680;the qualitative ion of the Methedrone is 176.1065,161.0833,and the quantitative ion is 194.1176;the qualitative ion of the Mthylone is 160.0507,190.0860,and the quantitative ion is 208.0968;The qualitative ion of the Ethylone is 174.0909,204.1013,and the quantitative ion is 222.1125.The experimental results show that the linear relationship of 2-MMC,3-MMC and Methedrone ranges from 5 ng / mL to 500 ng / mL,The linear relationship of 3-CMC,4-CMC,Methylone and Ethylone is 2 ng / mL to 500 ng / mL,the linear relationship was good,the correlation coefficient is more than 0.999,the detection limit is 1 ng / mL(S/N?3),the intraday precision is less than 9.4%,and the daytime precision is less than 9.1%.2.A method for the quantitative analysis of the seven new psychoactive substances of 2-MMC,3-MMC,3-CMC,4-CMC,Methedrone,Methylone,Ethylone by liquid chromatography was established.Use Thermo Scientific ~? UltiMate ~? 3000 high-performance liquid chromatography,use Agilent ~? ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(3.0mm×150mm,1.8 ?m)chromatographic column;the mobile phase was methanol(A-phase)and 0.1%(v/ v)formic acid-water(5 mol / L ethanoic acid)(B-phase).The detection wavelength of the 2-MMC is 252 nm,the detection wavelength of the 3-MMC is 256 nm,the detection wavelength of the 3-CMC is 250 nm,the detection wavelength of the 4-CMC is 262 nm;the detection wavelength of Methedrone is 289 nm;the detection wavelength of Mthylone is 321 nm;and the detection wavelength of Ethylone is 321 nm.According to the detection wavelength,Mthylone,Ethylone,2-MMC and 3-CMC were divided into a group,Methedrone,3-MMC and 4-CMC were divided into a group,The linear relationship of the seven Cathinone substances is 5 ?g / mL to 500 ?g / mL,and the linear relationship is good,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999,the detection limit is 1 ?g / mL(S/ N?3),the intraday precision is less than 5.2%,and the daytime precision is less than 5.6%.3.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method of liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry established in this study were verified by the examination of suspected drug in a real case.
