Objective:Explosion crackdowns has always been emphasis and difficulty in forensic field research, particularly explosives types infer. To analyse the explosives of emulsion explosives residue by LC/MS, so as to achieve the purpose of infering the type of explosives. And establish The method of detecting sorbitan oleate(SP-80) by LC/MS.Methods:Take the same volume the same batch of pyrotechnic and 40g of emulsion explosives are divided into four equal portions, each 10g were used gauze, cotton, plastic, and bamboo-coated after the burst test. ( Use the same batch of detonating caps detonate emulsion explosives). After blasting collect residue from the explosion point. Using acetone, hexane, ethyl ether respectively extracte two collected classes of explosive remnants of emulsion explosives and detected by LC/MS. Samples will be collected after the ultrasonic cleaning solution with Acetone, hexane, ethyl ether for 10 minutes, then filtered, and the filtrate will be dry up with the Rotary Evaporator . Dissolved in 1ml of methanol into the EP tube drying by nitrogen apparatus, and then 100ul methanol solution and centrifuged for 10 minutes (12000r/min). Chromatographic conditions: column (Phenomenex C18 (2) 100A Luna 3um (100 * 2.0mm)); pre-column (Luna C18 (2) 3um (10 * 2.0mm)). Mobile phase volume ratio of 1:200 aqueous solution of acetic acid: isopropyl alcohol is 10:90; flow rate: 0.20ml/min; column temperature: 35℃. MS parameters: drying nitrogen gas temperature 200℃; nebulizer flow 1.5L/min, detection voltage 1.40KV..Results :The linearity range of the assay for SP-80 was 0.2-1mg/ml with correlation coefficient of 0.9978,the detection limit of 1μg/ml ,3 extracts detected no significant difference. Conclusion:The means of LC/MS can be used to infer the types of explosives for its sample required small, high sensitivity, wide linear range.
