At present,although the labor relations of enterprises tend to be generally peaceful,the fact that employees' legitimate labor rights and interests are still damaged,especially the incomplete protection of labor rights and interests of female employees abound.In real life,employers often hold a prejudice against women,and believe that women's marriage and children are extremely detrimental to the development of the workplace,so violations of female workers' labor rights and interests are common.However,female employees are the basic force for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Increasing the level of protection of their labor rights and benefits is conducive to the long-term development of enterprises,and is particularly important for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Based on the reading and analysis of a large number of literatures on the protection of female employees' labor rights and group work,this study understands the feasibility and necessity of corporate social workers' involvement in the protection of female employees' labor rights and interests,and uses observation,questionnaire and interview methods to investigate A survey was conducted on 206 employees in enterprises in District A of the city to analyze the labor rights protection of women employees in District A.The results show that the protection of female employees' labor rights and interests in the enterprise shows the following characteristics: First,the salary and benefits are not high,fewer female employees can receive overtime pay,and the overall treatment is low.Second,most enterprises have purchased social insurance for female employees,but some female employees are not clear about social security policies.Third,the signing rate of special collective contracts for the protection of female employees' labor rights is extremely low.Fourth,female workers have a low level of awareness of labor laws and weak legal awareness.Fifth,at the same job level,female employees have less promotion space than male employees and have a greater probability of layoffs.Sixth,most companies ignore the right of female employees to receive vocational skills training and advanced studies.The main factors affecting the protection of female employees' labor rights and interests includethe economic benefits of the company,the traditional idea of “strong men and weak women” is still solid,the lack of effective communication between female employees and management,the intimate interpersonal relationship between employees,and labor laws and policies publicity is not in place.On this basis,through the group work method,use ERG theory and empowerment theory to guide practical work,and help female employees in District A of Guangzhou to improve their rights awareness and ability.According to the ERG theory,analyze the existence of female employees in the enterprise to master the legal knowledge of labor rights,learn and communicate with leaders,and establish a social support system for service needs,and use the energy-enhancing theory to intervene in the five major factors that affect the improvement of female employees' labor rights protection capabilities Carry out activities such as legal awareness of women's labor rights and popularization of rights protection methods,so that women employees can form a power system and social support system through group motivation,gradually establish a correct understanding of the protection of women's labor rights and their influencing factors,and improve enterprises Ability of female employees to protect labor rights.In the process of the entire social work involved in the protection of labor rights and interests,social workers have assumed the role of mentor and supporter,and used skills such as empathy,listening,and advice to carry out “Ice Breaking”,“Knowledge Lecture Hall”,The activities are based on the six themes of “Learning about the Old and New”,“I Understand the Labor Rights and Interests most”,“The Rights and Interests of You and Me”,and “The Labor Rights and Interests are in My Heart”.Among them,the initial“Ice Breaking”of the group was to establish relationships and formulate norms.The four group activities in the mid-term were designed based on the personal,interpersonal,and environmental aspects of empowerment.The three activities “Learning about the Old and New”,“I Understand the Labor Rights and Interests most” are designed to meet the needs of group members to master the legal knowledge of labor rights from a personal level,to improve the rights awareness and ability of group members,recognizing that social workers are their partners,And he isthe subject of problem solving.On the one hand,the “The Rights and Interests of You and Me”activity is based on interpersonal relationships.I hope that through the cooperation of group members,we will learn to correctly handle interpersonal relationships,let the group members learn and master communication skills with the boss,and jointly create a good self-protection atmosphere.Establishing your own social support system,on the other hand,starting from the environmental level,improving team members' awareness and ability to participate in society.The “The Labor Rights and Interests are in My Heart”activity in the later period of the group is mainly to consolidate the results of the group and deal with the feelings of departure of the group members.The six themed activities finally helped female employees learn about labor rights and interests,linked legal aid resources,established a social support network,resolved current difficulties,and achieved relatively obvious results in services.In order to better solve the problem of protecting female employees' labor rights and interests,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures in addition to group work.For example,the government must strengthen supervision and improve the protection system of female employees' labor rights and interests;enterprises must raise gender awareness and protect female employees' labor rights and interests;society We must increase publicity and provide stronger support;social workers must innovate working methods and provide more professional services.In general,we must create a harmonious and efficient social environment,help female employees to improve their awareness and ability to safeguard their rights,mobilize female employees' work enthusiasm,and increase their loyalty to the enterprise,so as to guide enterprises to independently assume social responsibilities and improve their Comprehensive care to promote sustainable development of enterprises.
