Research On The Protection Policy Of Labor Rights And Interests Of Female Employees In Enterprises From The Perspective Of Empowerment

The protection of women's rights and interests is an important issue concerned by the society.After founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,with the rapid development of Economy and society,women have been strengthening their self-consciousness and pursuing the same freedom and equality as men.This freedom is reflected in the education level,reflected in the marriage and family,more reflected in the workplace.Therefore,the protection of the rights and interests of women workers and staff members has increasingly become a hot social concern.How to protect the legal rights and interests of women workers from the policy level is worthy of attention.It is of great practical significance to study the policy of protecting the labor rights and interests of women workers and fully empower them from the policy point of view.After reviewing the literature,the policy on the protection of women workers' labor rights and interests has been in constant development and improvement since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,especially the policy on the protection of women workers' labor rights and interests in enterprises.As for the research on the policies of protecting the labor rights and interests of female employees in Chinese enterprises,the current research situation at home and abroad is still in a relatively weak state,there is a lack of research on the effects of policies over time.Therefore,this paper,under the guidance of the empowerment theory,has combed and analyzed in detail the process of the improvement and change of the labor rights and interests protection policy of Chinese enterprise women workers since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,summed up the enterprise women workers' labor rights and interests protection policy development changes in four stages.Based on the analysis of the current policies on the protection of the labor rights and interests of women workers in enterprises in China,and interviews with women workers and managers in enterprises,this paper sums up the situation of "increasing capacity" and "eliminating rights" in the policies on the protection of the labor rights and interests of women workers in enterprises,from the perspective of development,this paper provides suggestions for the further improvement of the policy of the protection of women workers in enterprises,promotes the development of the policy of the protection of the rights and interests of women workers in enterprises,empowers women workers from the policy level,and promotes the promotion of their self-development ability.
