Research On Crisis Communication Of Public Security Organs

At present,China is in a period of social transformation.Against the background of the era of risk society and media society,crisis incidents are increasing.As an important part of the people's government,as one of the departments most closely connected with the people,public security organs are often on the front line of crisis management.Their crisis handling capacity directly determines the harmony and stability of society and the public's Trust and satisfaction.Crisis communication is an important part of crisis management.In recent years,when public security organs deal with police-related crisis events,many unintended mistakes have occurred in the crisis communication management process,which has led to the seriousness and expansion of crisis events.Therefore,the research on crisis communication of public security organs is more important.Crisis communication involves interdisciplinary theories such as management,communication,and psychology.This article is guided by new public service theory,crisis management theory,communication flow theory,and agenda setting theory.Through literature research,case analysis,Delphi,and other methods,Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,taking multiple police-related crisis incidents that have occurred in recent years as the research object,this paper explores and ponders the problems and causes of the current crisis transmission of public security organs,and proposes relevant solutions.Firstly,the theoretical knowledge related to crisis communication was sorted out through literature research,and the crisis communication of public security organs and the police-related crisis incidents involved in this article were defined,and the main direction of crisis communication management of public security organs was clarified.The case analysis lays the theoretical foundation.Secondly,this article collected the authoritative websites and research reports from People's Daily,Politics and Law website,Blue Book of Public Opinion and other authoritative websites and researched the crisis incidents of police interference from 2011 to 2019.The case is analyzed and the focus of crisis communication research in public security organs is explored.Thirdly,on the basis of literature research and case analysis,this paper analyzes the problems and related causes of crisis transmission in the current public security organs.Finally,this article takes the control of information flow,guidance of influence flow,elimination of noise flow as themain line of crisis communication management of public security organs,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
