Research On Network Investigation Of Telecom Fraud

Nowadays,the telecom fraud crime has been more and more known,the telecom fraud crime cases in all kinds of criminal cases accounted for a larger proportion,seriously harm the country,the collective and citizens of the property security,affect the social harmony and stability.At the present stage,the rapid development of instant communication technology and the popularization of mobile payment methods have provided convenient conditions for the telecom fraud crime.The telecom fraud crime is the continuous iteration and upgrading of the rapid development of Internet technology,and the broad masses of people suffer from it.In the five years I have been engaged in the frontline work of network investigation,the author has personally experienced the development and upgrade of traditional telecom fraud crimes to new telecom fraud crimes,and also witnessed the change from part-time to full-time to full-time by the public security agency's crackdown on telecom fraud cases.In terms of quantity and scale,telecom fraud cases have become the top criminal cases.In the daily case handling process,the author has become increasingly aware of the importance of network investigation methods and methods to combat telecom fraud crimes as the competition with telecom fraud crimes intensifies.However,in the practice of investigation,although investigators know the existence of network investigation,they still know very little about the concept,characteristics and use of network investigation.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts,the first part of the current stage of telecom fraud crime to do an overview of the analysis,demonstrate the concept of telecom fraud crime,development history,characteristics and the current main form of expression;The second part makes a brief introduction to network investigation and defines the concept and characteristics of network investigation.The third part demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of network investigation in telecom fraud crime and proves that network investigation is feasible.The fourth part analyzes the practical difficulties in applying network investigation in the current telecom fraud cases,including the lack of hardware and software,the unsmooth operation mechanism,and the difficulty in obtaining evidence.The fifth part focuses on the use of network investigative methods and innovations in telecommunication fraud crimes,and proposes investigative methods that track,cross-complement,and dual-line concurrently according to the financial and information chains included in the characteristics oftelecommunication fraud.In a variety of network environments,rely on public security,hackers,network volunteers and other groups to carry out joint strikes.The author wrote this article to try to analyze,sort out and summarize the network investigation methods of telecommunication fraud crimes,hoping to contribute to the fight against telecom fraud crimes.
