Research On Cultivation Of College Students' Constitutional Consciousness In Crops Universities

General secretary Xi Jinping has stressed in many meetings that the rule of law should first be governed by the constitution.The rule of law is the basic way for the party to govern the country and an important guarantee for the modernization of the country's governance system and capacity.Comprehensively advancing the rule of law is an inevitable choice in keeping with the development of The Times,a legal guarantee for the people's aspiration for a happy life in the new era,and an inevitable requirement for building a country under the rule of law.The constitution is the fundamental law that guarantees the prosperity and lasting peace of the party and the country.With the convening of the fourth plenary session of the 19 th CPC central committee,the full implementation of the constitution has been placed in the promotion of national governance system and governance capacity modernization more prominent position.Further strengthening the publicity and education of the constitution is the basic work to boost the implementation of the constitution and the primary task of comprehensively ruling the country by law.Young college students are the pillar of the future construction of the country,their level of constitutional awareness directly affects the process of the construction of a country under the rule of law,but also related to their overall development.Therefore,it is of great significance for XPCC colleges to cultivate students' constitutional consciousness.Based on the background of rule of law,this paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating the constitution consciousness of college students in XPCC based on the existing literature.Combined with the results of empirical investigation,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of constitutional consciousness and cultivation of college students in XPCC,the existing problems and causes of cultivation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The first chapter mainly focuses on the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of constitutional consciousness of college students in the corps,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the following thesis.The cultivation of constitutional consciousness,as an educational practice,is an inevitable requirement to promote the rule of law and build a socialist country ruled by law in an all-round way.It is a realistic need to realize social stability and long-term social stability in Xinjiang.The second chapter mainly focuses on the current situation of cultivating students' constitutional consciousness in XPCC colleges and universities.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,it further describes and analyzes the current situation of students' constitutional consciousness and cultivation.Through the investigation,we can see that at present,some achievements have been made in the cultivation of college students' constitutional consciousness in Bingtuan,mainly as follows: college students have certain constitutional consciousness,the people's consciousness of sovereignty is stronger,the consciousness of democracy and equality is more profound,the cultivation of constitutional consciousness tends to be rational,and the school tends to diversify its cultivation measures.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation: the cognition of constitution is not comprehensive,the idea of constitution supremacy is not deep,and the consciousness of rights and obligations is not profound.The third chapter further finds out the problems in the cultivation of students' constitutional consciousness based on the analysis of the current situation and analyzes the causes of the problems.The reason that the constitution consciousness of college students is relatively weak lies in the restriction of school education level factors,the limitation of various external social factors and the insufficient exertion of students' individual initiative.Chapter four puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of constitutionconsciousness of college students in XPCC.By attaching great importance to the cultivation of students' constitutional consciousness and perfecting the mechanism of cultivating guarantee;perfecting the content of cultivating constitutional consciousness and enhancing the comprehensiveness of cultivating content;enriching the channels and methods of constitutional education and improving the effectiveness of cultivation;optimizing the external cultivation environment,creating a good cultivation atmosphere to enhance students' initiative in learning constitution,giving full play to the function of self-education to enhance the effectiveness of cultivation and enhance students' consciousness of constitution.
