Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Rights And Duties Consciousness Under The Background Of Ruling The Country By Law

At present,China has officially opened the prelude to comprehensively promote the rule of law,the process of building the rule of law is accelerating.With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education,college students entering the university have been difficult,a steady stream of college graduates to the community,will become the socialist modernization of Chinese characteristics in various fields of practitioners or leaders,they The level of the concept of rule of law will not only affect the personal development,but also affect the process of building the rule of law.Therefore,it is imperative to attach importance to cultivating and raising college students' own rights and obligations.Only in this way will the original value of the law be recognized by the public and the spirit of the rule of law and the rule of law will be further popular.Through the search of the database,the author finds that the research on the cultivation of college students' rights and obligations is based on the theoretical analysis of the system,and the empirical research is relatively few.Based on this,on the basis of summarizing and drawing on the previous theoretical achievements,this paper investigates the status quo of the rights and obligations of contemporary college students by taking freshmen and senior students from Wuhan University of Engineering as the research object.In this survey,a total of 1,200 questionnaires were issued.Through the questionnaire survey,it shows that the current rights and obligations of college students have been enhanced,but there is still relatively shallow understanding of their rights and obligations,according to the law to protect their own rights is not strong sense of consciousness,consciously fulfill the obligations of the initiative is not enough And the lack of effective mechanisms to cultivate the lack of effective mechanisms,these problems led to the existence of college students overly emphasize their own rights,selectively ignore their own obligations,can not correctly handle the relationshipbetween individuals and other social entities such as the emergence of a large number of phenomena.Based on the research results,this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance the students' rights and obligations consciousness: First,we must create a law by attaching great importance to creating the policy atmosphere of ruling the country according to law,speeding up the process of legalization,The second is to change the concept of education under the rule of law,cultivate the legal culture of colleges and universities,attach importance to legal practice activities to strengthen the college students' rights and obligations of the work of training;third is to increase the family in the rights and obligations of college students The students should strive to improve their own legal literacy,and create a harmonious family atmosphere to help children develop the correct legal personality;Fourth,students should consciously improve the rights and obligations,to strive to enhance their own legal literacy,and consciously develop health The legal psychology and legal thinking,on their own rights and obligations to form a clear understanding.
