Research On The Security Protection Of Ride-hailing Passengers' Personal Information

With the development of the information age,human life has undergone earth-shaking changes.While enjoying the convenience brought by technology,we also receive and produce a lot of information.This information covers all aspects of life,and the derivative value after data processing is immeasurable.In the mode of "Internet + transportation",the rise of online car-hailing has greatly changed people's traditional travel mode.The personal information of passengers generated in online car-hailing activities seems to only record the travel information,but actually contains the phone number,payment information and common address of passengers.If this information is not managed,it is likely to be stolen and used illegally,and our lives will be exposed.Under the background of the era of big data,how to protect passengers' personal information while benefiting from online car-hailing has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the development of big data and the information security situation,this paper makes the following research on the personal information security of ride-hailing passengers:Firstly,I analyzed the crux of the difficulty in protecting the personal information of online ride-hailing passengers through the questionnaire survey of online ride-hailing users.The questionnaire is divided into four parts: demographic analysis of ride-hailing users,including gender,age,occupation and education background;Basic information about the use of car-hailing software by online car-hailing users,including the number of years of using car-hailing software,the frequency of using online car-hailing software and the reasons,etc.;Users' understanding of personal information;The current situation of personal information security of online car-hailing users,including their willingness to disclose personal information in online car-hailing software,whether they have ever encountered personal information leakage,the content,ways,reasons for information leakage and the relief measures after disclosure,etc.Secondly,Didi Chuxing,Yidao Yongche and Shouqi Limousine & Chauffeur three nets about car company's "personal information protection and privacy policy" were analyzed,found out their advantages and characteristics,analyzed the net today about the car industry for passengers,the present situation of the personal information protection.It is hoped that the work of passenger information protection can be used for reference by emerging ride-hailing companies.Thirdly,by recycling effective questionnaire analysis,the network about car company of the "personal information and privacy policy" contrast research,and access to relevant data shows that the current network platform in the train about personal information protection is caused by many factors: such as the passengers' personal information protection consciousness is not strong,don't know use legal means to protect their personal information,when personal information received infringement,not seek relief way;Government regulation and industry self-discipline are also inadequate;At the same time,ride-hailing companies illegally collect user information to maximize their own interests.Therefore,in order to improve the protection of personal information of online ride-hailing passengers,it is necessary to solve the problems from multiple aspects.Fourthly,Suggestions on personal information protection of ride-hailing passengers are given.The first is to improve passengers' personal information security awareness and related literacy;The second is to improve the relevant legislation,is the online ride-hailing passenger personal information protection to achieve "law to rely on";Third,government regulation and industry self-discipline should be adopted to jointly protect the personal information security of online ride-hailing passengers.The fourth is to improve the means of relief,when the security of the personal information of the online ride-hailing passengers is violated,they will use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
