The Influence Of AI Technology Participation On Court Trial Practice And Its Countermeasures

At present,the relationship between artificial intelligence technology(also known as AI technology)and judicial activities,legal practice and other aspects is still in a very shallow degree of just beginning to combine.If we want to achieve better trial quality and efficiency in judicial activities and legal practice,we need the development of artificial intelligence technology and the joint efforts of the legal community.In order to adapt to the new trial situation,China's court system will continue to communicate and learn with AI technology.It should be said that many people's courts have made many efforts and attempts on how to combine AI technology with judicial activities and how to achieve better results.For example,AI technology can intelligently retrieve similar cases according to the basic information of cases,and push relevant cases for the investigators.In addition,it can also improve the efficiency of the investigators in searching the relevant basic legal data through its own ability of fast data processing.In the process of the combination of AI technology and court trial activities,it has achieved the effect of helping the front-line investigators to reduce certain work pressure and workload,and can help the investigators to make more convergence,more legal and more reasonable trial suggestions.Through AI technology,court front-line investigators can quickly generate legal document templates and complete trial tasks more efficiently.With the combination of AI technology,the court judges can better,faster and better complete the transactional,trivial and have to do work,and can save time to better study and judge complex cases.This paper analyzes the influence of AI technology on court system and court staff from the perspective of judicial practice.First,it analyzes the supporting reasons of AI technology applied in court system.The reasons for supporting the application of AI technology in court system are analyzed from three aspects: forward-looking research,realistic policy and rigid demand.Secondly,it analyzes the application status of AI technology in trial practice,and analyzes the advantages and possible disastrous consequences of AI technology in court system.Thirdly,the operation mode of AI technology in court system is analyzed.In order to better help and explore the practicalapplication of AI technology in the court system,we should focus on the following aspects:(1)clarify the auxiliary position of AI technology in the trial;(2)reform traditional legal education,cultivate a new era of scientific and technological legal person;(3)improve relevant big data,form our own professional database,and provide the basic for the national court system Data support and data sharing;(4)it is necessary to establish a reasonable supervision mode from a third party to ensure the complete reliability of the data generated by the trial activities through a credible organization;(5)it is necessary to open the corresponding algorithm logic system and organize a specialized and effective complex core system.We believe that the interaction between the court system and AI technology will be more and more,and good use of AI technology will have a significant impact on the court system and maximize its value.Reasonably solve the possible disastrous consequences of AI technology on the court system,and try to avoid it,and finally achieve the maximum effect of AI technology in the court system.
