7,2018,the artificial intelligence legislation officially became the third type of legislative project in the 13 th National People's Congress Standing Committee.While such positions or conditions of artificial intelligence legislation or researches,are still insufficient,they still need to be deepened.But it is not difficult to analyze the state attaches importance to the development of artificial intelligence.Policy tilt has brought a strong boost to the development of artificial intelligence.At the same time,it has also made people see that artificial intelligence technology is the main driving force for the future social development.Therefore,the state has to pay attention to the positioning of artificial intelligence in social development.As a law graduate student,I must find legal comfort behind these technological advances.Because artificial intelligence starts from the technical level,but artificial intelligence cannot always stay at the technical level,and it will eventually face humanistic care.In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the construction of the rule of law culture,advocated the construction of a country ruled by law,and advocated that law is the key to governing the country.The good law is raised before good governance,so the development and growth of artificial intelligence must be inseparable from the rule of law.At present,the combination of artificial intelligence and trial practice is still in its infancy.In order to realize the information-based,intelligent and modernization in the field of trial practice,it is inseparable from the support of artificial intelligence technology.In order to adapt to the new round of technological revolution brought about by artificial intelligence,the judicial organs at all levels will inevitably combine initiative with artificial intelligence.At present,many people's courts have made various attempts and explorations on thecombination of artificial intelligence and trial practice.For example,artificial intelligence can be based on deep learning and legal big data case prediction models to provide more accurate answers to predict the outcome of trials in related cases.Artificial intelligence can automatically identify the similarity of the case according to the case information provided by the electronic file,also can push the relevant cases for trial staff.Therefore it can contribute to improve the efficiency of trial work by virtue of its ability to process data at high speed.For example,it can improve the efficiency of trial staff searching legal data.In addition,artificial intelligence is also conducive to the storage and analysis of legal data.In general,the application of artificial intelligence in the field of trial practice can be summarized as follows:(1)Intelligent marking.(2)Inductive and intelligent.(3)Intelligent document generation.(4)The trial results are scientific.So its use in the field of trial practice not only objectively reduces the task of the trial staff,but also helps the trial staff to make more sensible and reasonable decisions.The trial staff can generate legal documents efficiently and conveniently,which based on the automatic identification and automatic extraction technology of artificial intelligence,combined with the fixed template of legal documents.With the help of artificial intelligence,the judges can be freed from mechanical and cumbersome legal work,and concentrate on in-depth analysis and research of the case.This paper takes the trial practice field in the judicial system as an entry point and analyzes the influence and countermeasures of artificial intelligence on trial practice.First of all,analyzing the rationality of artificial intelligence applied to the
