| The Customs of the People’s Republic of China is the state’s entry and exit customs supervision and management authority.Adhering to the economic gate of the motherland,safeguarding national sovereignty interests,and promoting the prosperity and development of foreign trade are the sacred missions of the Customs.The quality of cadre education and training in China Customs will directly affect the overall quality,political position,ideological style,and business capabilities of the customs team,as well as the healthy development of my country’s foreign economic and trade order.This article deeply discusses and analyzes many quality problems faced by the current cadre education and training in the customs system,and intends to work hard to find a scientific,reasonable and effective solution in the context of a new round of reform of the cadre education and training in China.Quality management as the theoretical basis,with quality management and performance evaluation as the theoretical basis,with reference to ISO9000 international quality standards and other international standards,try to build a training process from the beginning of the training to the landing of the training goal,the whole process management of the training,and the implementation of full-factor monitoring total quality management model.And on this basis,the overall quality management model is actually applied to the training program.Through the comparison and analysis of the effects of different training projects before the introduction of the comprehensive quality management model and after the introduction of the comprehensive quality management model,carry out empirical testing and improvement to create a comprehensive quality management model for cadre education and training that not only has active adaptability,functional integrity,element interaction,but also can be virtuously cycled,copied and promoted.Upgrade provides reliable and effective mechanism guarantee. |
