| In order to achieve the two historic goal of constantly improving the level ofleadership and being in power and constantly strengthening the capability ofrepelling the corruption and guarding against various risks, the cadre education andtraining of our country connects closely the central task of our party in differenthistorical periods , launching the training of the cadre actively throughout years. Andconsequently it plays an important role in training the talent with leading ability ofmanaging the party, running a country, directing troops in large batches. At the sametime, it also promotes the improvement of the quality of cadres and the developmentof the cause of our party efficiently, accumulating a lot of valuable experience. Thearrival of the times of cadre training on a large scale highlights the importantposition of cadre education and training. But the real operation also exposes itsexisting problems.This thesis first explores the theoretical base of the cadre education and trainingand analyzes foreign experiences and methods in this aspect;then taking Hengshuifor example, it analyzes the existing problems and causes of the cadre's educationand training in this city;then based on the preceding qualitative analysis, it adoptsthe quantitative method to discuss the requirements, evaluation contents andmethods of the cadre training in detail. This paper also make a questionnaire anddraw a conclusion: the cadre education and training must be strengthened andimproved with its requirements as the center. Finally, it proposes a series of effectivesuggestions, such as widening the channel, uniting the training resources, giving thecommunist party school full play in the cadre education and training, strengtheningthe building of the team of cadre education and training, perfecting the curriculumdesign, reforming training methods, improving the training supportability andstrengthening the mechanism of encouragement and restriction of the cadreeducation and training.
