Flexible employment,as an indispensable part of the labor market,not only drives employment,but also plays an crucial role in stimulating the labor market and promoting the development of socialist market economy.With the continuous development of information technology such as the Internet and the emergence of shared economy and platform economy,flexible employment groups continue to grow and develop,the structure is complex and diverse.The current application of industrial injury insurance is compatible with the workers under the standard labor relations,and the work injury insurance of flexible workers is not provided by the relevant provisions in our country's law,and the timely and effective relief of occupational injuries and occupational diseases of flexible employees is not in line with the "social insurance citizenship" and "social security of industrial injury insurance" in China.at the same time,it is not conducive to the vigorous development of China's labor market.In practice,the problem of work-related injury insurance for flexible workers has attracted attention,at present,some parts of our country have explored the solution of the problem of work-related injury of flexible workers,and have achieved some results and valuable experience.However,the law of our country does not make clear and uniform provisions on how to define the identity of flexible workers and how to protect the rights and interests of workers at work.Based on the current situation,it is realistic and feasible to include flexible workers in work injury insurance,drawing on the experience of relevant social insurance laws,to formulate a multi-level system of work-related injury insurance for flexible employees,to register and classify flexible employment groups,and to distinguish them from workers in standard labor relations.Establish individual mobile work injury insurance accounts for flexible employees to ensure that every flexible employee is required to participate in work injury insurance,through legislation to determine differential and floating industrial injury insurance rates,and that flexible workers can choose between the upper and lower rates,and that the cost of insurance is covered by the labour unit,flexible employment individuals and government subsidies,Forming a multi-level flexible flexible employment workers work-related injury insurance system,according to different types of flexible employment personnel to classify and deal with,gradually set up an integrated flexible employment workers work injury insurance system for work injury prevention,work injury relief,work injury rehabilitation,to protect more flexible employment groups of workers' rights and interests at work..
