The Study On Community Security Management Of Anbo Street In Pulandian District Of Dalian City

Communities are called "urban cells".Community law and order is related to the harmony and stability of a city.It is the most basic condition for a city to maintain and develop.Community security management is a daily social management activity that maintains the normal social life order of the community and guarantees social stability and unity.Community stability is the foundation of social stability,and good community security management is an important guarantee for building a harmonious community.With the continuous progress of China's comprehensive construction of a well-off society,people's requirements for social order are getting higher and higher.Based on the investigation and analysis of the security management of the Anbo community,this article points out that the security management of the Anbo community has taken a series of measures and achieved certain results,but there are still deficiencies:unclear role positioning,excessive dependence on the main role of the government and police stations,community assistance Insufficient police function,inadequate safety prevention facilities,etc.,Influence of traditional way of thinking,the publicity management of the community is not strong enough,the community auxiliary police work management mechanism is not perfect,the community security infrastructure Reasons such as insufficient investment in construction funds.After reading a large number of articles on community security management at home and abroad,I summarized and analyzed advanced experiences and practices in foreign and domestic areas,such as the citizen-oriented model in the United States,the neighbourhood defense model in Australia,the Japanese police model,and the map of Zhuji City in Zhejiang Province.Bridge Town mobilized the masses,the "Maple Bridge Experience" with the participation of all people,Xiangyang,Hubei is committed to creating a new model of joint construction,co-governance and sharing.Combined with the problems existing in the public security management of the Anbo community,summarizing the typical practices of community security management at home and abroad,analyzing its advanced experience,and combining the actual solutions of the Anbo community to propose the following solutions:promote the effective management of community public security with innovative thinking,strengthen the awareness of public participation,and improve the community Police management system,and improve the security mechanism of community security management funds.Anbo Community is a brand-new urban community in Pulandian District that has been established shortly and is also a microcosm of many urban communities.Community security management is not an overnight business,it needs continuous improvement and innovation,and constant efforts.The point of view in this article is put forward on the basis of combining actual conditions and continuous investigation and research,hoping to provide a little help for the community security management of my hometown Anbo community,and also to open up new development ideas for community security management in other regions.
