The Research Of Problem About Security Comprehensive Treatment In Tianjin Community Management

The development of security comprehensive treatment of the community management plays a very important role not only in maintaining the stability of society, but also in meeting people's fundamental security needs in their daily life. At present, the focal point of social security comprehensive treatment is to extend the work of stability to the most fundamental part of society---community; meanwhile, Tianjin Municipal Government has declared obviously that only when the community security is well maintained can we encourage the economy development of Tianjin. All these things demonstrate that the research on security comprehensive treatment of the community management in Tianjin is very vital at present stage.This thesis offers an in-depth research on the topic of security comprehensive treatment of the community management in Tianjin, with the combination of theory and practice, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.First, from theoretical aspect and the present condition of development, this thesis states briefly the community management and introduces basic theories of social security comprehensive treatment of China. Second, it gives an overall analysis on the situation of security comprehensive treatment in the community management of Tianjin. Then, the thesis comments on the main measures of security comprehensive treatment in community management and analyzes them with an AHP model. It classifies different types of basic communities of Tianjin by using system-clustering analysis and finds out the common and particular factors that influence security comprehensive treatment in different types of communities. At last, from the macro-management layer of government and the micro-management layer of community, the thesis raises some instructive suggestions about the community security comprehensive treatment of Tianjin.The essential aspects of solving social security problems are to analyze the security problem in community management and find out its regulation of development. This thesis not only provides quantitative reference to the government management of social security, but also provides many helpful advices to the self-rule of the community.
