| With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the network construction in my country’s military construction is becoming more and more advanced.Strengthening the construction of the auxiliary decision-making system for equipment maintenance support is particularly important in modernization.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a cloud-based decision-making system for equipment maintenance support for base-level maintenance organizations.Base-level equipment maintenance organizations often undertake the maintenance of complex equipment,involving maintenance personnel and various resources.In addition,equipment maintenance support resources are often insufficient during the maintenance process.Therefore,this paper adopts the maintenance strategy of forecasting first and then repairing.Based on this maintenance strategy,the equipment maintenance support cloud decision system is developed,which can intelligently generate equipment maintenance support operation plans.First,a demand analysis of the cloud decision system for equipment maintenance support was conducted.The business requirements and functional requirements of the equipment maintenance support cloud decision system are analyzed,and the nonfunctional requirements of the system are analyzed from the perspective of software design.The functions that the equipment maintenance support cloud decision-making system should have are analyzed in detail.Secondly,a detailed design of the equipment maintenance support cloud decisionmaking system was carried out.In view of the fact that maintenance support resources are easily lacking in the process of equipment maintenance support,the strategy of predicting the consumption of spare parts before maintenance is designed,and a dynamic resource early warning scheme based on Bayesian theory is designed to avoid the shortage of equipment in the maintenance process.A resource data management scheme based on knowledge map is established for the maintenance resources involved in maintenance of complex equipment in the cloud environment.Finally,it develops and implements a cloud decision system for equipment maintenance support.The system was deployed on a private cloud environment,the main database required by the system was designed,and finally the equipment maintenance cloud decision system was displayed. |
