Equipment Maintenance Management And Decision Support System Research And Development

New requirements have been put forward on equipment maintenance management in various countries because of increasing cost with increasing size of equipment. It can reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, enhance the efficiency of maintenance, facilitate the development of enterprise and improve its ability of adaptation and competition by the research and application of new equipment maintenance management systems.After giving a brief introduce on the status of equipment maintenance, the author introduces the development of equipment maintenance, analysis the selection of common three maintenance modes. Secondly the author sets forth the three tiers C/S architecture of the management and decision support system on equipment maintenance. Thirdly, Analytical hierarchy process is selected as the arithmetic of the selection of maintenance mode, and the basic principle of it is expounded. According to the making of the cycle of replacement, the author presents the detail arithmetic of the cycle of replacement under two different conditions. Lastly, the management and decision support system on equipment maintenance is developed and applied to some enterprise's key equipment maintenance management successfully.
