Exploration And Practice Of Divorce Mediation Service In Shanghai

Husbands and families provide the most important ties in our society.With the steps of reform and opening up and the development of modernization,husband and wife relationship has gradually replaced the parent-child relationship as the main axis of the family,and has determined and influenced the existence and development of other relationships in the family.At present,China is undergoing a period of social transformation.During this period,marriages and families have also experienced great shocks.The divorce rate in China has continued to rise.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,China 's crude divorce rate has increased from 2010 to 2017.In the city of Shanghai,the divorce rate has also remained at a high level,which has an important impact on families and society.People in crisis for marriage have also received widespread attention from the society.Relevant research shows that divorced couples have serious problems in establishing an intimate relationship.There is a certain demand for professional services both during and after divorce.As a result,the Ministry of Civil Affairs set up a marriage and family counseling office in the marriage registration agency for marriage crisis groups to provide marriage and family counseling.The divorce "mediation" service is a marriage provided by the Shanghai Women's Federation in the divorce registry."Crisis Intervention" service.Since the project has beenimplemented for 10 years,although the operation modes of Shanghai districts are different and the methods of intervention are different,they have responded to the needs of divorced couples to a certain extent.This article conducts research on the current operation status,role played,and problems of the Shanghai Divorce Mediation Project Service.The specific research is as follows:The author conducted a social work professional internship in the Shanghai Women's Federation from April 2018 to September 2018 for nearly half a year.On the basis of these research materials,the author conducted a research on the divorce mediation service in Shanghai.First of all,this article sorts out the current status of divorce in Shanghai,and sorts out and analyzes the current divorce reasons of Shanghai residents and the service needs of divorces.Secondly,this study randomly selected the divorce mediation related services of the eight divorce registries in Shanghai or social work professional institutions in various districts.Using the methods of on-site observation,in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey,the The nine angles of name,role of women's federation,service content,service personnel,service venue and equipment,service effect and service record fully explain the whole process of Shanghai divorce mediation project service.Finally,on the basis of careful analysis of the above research results,this article puts forward reflections and suggestions on the improvement of divorce mediation services in Shanghai,that is,if future projects can have a more stable input(such as project funds,professional talent team),More professional management and institutionalized follow-up will play a more active and effective role and make more important contributions to the stability of marriage and family.
