Research On The Cooperation Governance Of Inner Mongolia Country Credit System

The growing of the modern economy is inseparable from the influence of the credit environment.A perfect credit environment is good at growing of the economic.In recent years,with the continuous prosperity of our socialist economy,the problem of lack of social integrity has been gradually revealed.Dishonesty phenomenon occurs frequently in all fields of society,and has gradually become one of the main problems hindering our socialist economy growth.More and more people has realized that building a perfect social credit environment is an urgent social public problem in China at the present stage.In 2003,China has issued relevant decisions at the national level to determine the importance of the construction of a social credit system in improving the economy system.As country credit system is a component of the social credit system,the perfect country credit system is conducive to solving the shortage of farmers' funds,is beneficial to improving the country economy,and contribute to reducing poverty.Meanwhile,it is of great significance to construct a new countryside.This paper uses the theory of cooperative governance to study the construction method of country credit system.In this sense,learns that the keyto establish a perfect country credit system lies in the cooperative governance among multiple social subjects.In general,dominated by the government,financial institutions,market-oriented companies,grassroots social organizations,farmers and other parties will participate to achieve mutual benefit.Strengthen communication among departments through establishing long-term mechanism of cooperative governance to promote the application of credit evaluation results.Improve country credit environment,to promote the economic growing.The article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,starting from the background of country credit system,expounds the research significance of construct the country credit system.Through collecting and sorting out the credit system construction related research,pointed out the research methods and possible innovations of this article.The second chapter gives the core concept and theoretical basis of the article,lays a foundation for the research.The third chapter analyzes in detail the development of various aspects in the process of building a credit system in rural areas of Inner Mongolia at this stage.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and their reasons in the construction of the credit system in the rural areas of Inner Mongolia.The fifth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the practice in advanced areas and the enlightenment to us through the introduction of typical cases of domestic rural credit system construction.On the basis of the above analysis,the sixth chapter puts forward several opinionsand suggestions on advancing the construction of diversified cooperative governance of the rural credit system in Inner Mongolia,hoping to provide useful reference for further promoting the construction of the rural credit system in Inner Mongolia.
