Study On The Function Of Women's Federation In The Treatment Of Domestic Violence

With the rapid development of economy and society,family relations,lifestyle and value orientation tend to be diversified and complicated.In modern society,family violence emerges one after another,and even becomes more and more intense,seriously infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of Ding women,children and the elderly,including the phenomenon that young and middle-aged men suffer from domestic violence,and the persistent high incidence of family buying power in the field of married and tobacco families.If it is not dealt with in a timely and effective manner,it is easy to cause tragic group events,or even induce serious cases,at present,the phenomenon of domestic violence has been paid more and more attention by the society,the relevant policy documents have been issued one after another at the national level,and the legal norms have been further improved.However,there are still many difficulties in the management of domestic violence,and the situation is still grim.It is beneficial to excavate the "former alliance function" of women's federation to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women under the new goods: exploring the starting point and focus point of promoting gender equality,promoting gender harmony and even family harmony,and then summing up the replicable experience that non-governmental organizations can participate in the construction of a harmonious society in society.Based on this,this paper takes the function strengthening of women's federation in the management of domestic violence as the research topic,taking the city Z ofZhejiang as an example,which divided into five parts to explore the specific path of strengthening the control function of domestic violence of women's Federation,which is composed of five parts.The first part is introduction,which briefly introduces the theoretical research on domestic violence at home and abroad,and explains the research ideas and methods of this paper.The first chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,focusing on the concept of domestic violence,the concept of social governance and the main responsibilities of the Women's Federation.The theoretical basis is also reflected in the second chapter,which introduces the functional performance of the city Z of Zhejiang Women's Federation to participate in the management of domestic violence.First,the basic situation of the city Z of Zhejiang Women's Federation organization: then,the situation of the city Z of Zhejiang Women's Federation dealing with domestic violence disputes is statistically analyzed.And through the case analysis method,this paper enumerates the mediation practice of typical cases: then,it introduces the main practices and effects of the city Z of Zhejiang Women's Federation in the management of domestic violence.The third chapter mainly studies the predicament of the specific function of the Women's Federation in the management of domestic violence on the basis of the second chapter,focusing on the analysis from three aspects:the working mechanism of the Women's Federation is not smooth,the guarantee of the rule of law is not perfect,and the long-term mechanism of multi-sector linkage is not smooth.The fourth chapter corresponds to the third chapter,from strengthening the Women's Federation's organizational construction and strengthening its own functions;perfecting the work chain against domestic violence and creating a cultural environment for domestic violence intervention;improve the mechanism of multi department cooperation and linkage,form the cooperation of anti-domestic violence work and so on three angles put forward the Women's Federation to strengthen the role of domestic violence governance measures,elaborated the significance of this study.
