Deconstruction And Reconstruction Of China's Fair Competition Review System

Since its establishment,the fair competition review system has played an important role in many fields.It helps to scientifically define the relationship between the government and the market;enhance the ability and level of governance of the country;and continuously consolidate the status of the economic constitution to achieve good law and good governance.However,problems such as the imperfect legal system required by the system,the imperfect institutional foundation formed,and the unfriendly political environment all restrict its ability to better play its role.Based on this,rational deconstruction analysis should be based on deepening the connotation of the People's Congress,filling legal loopholes,and strengthening legal support;relying on innovative review methods,quantifying exceptions,and rationally clearing stock;building a modest government,establishing regional competition review,improving incentives is the focus.With a view to systematically rebuilding and deepening the connotation of China's fair competition review system.
