The Problems And Countermeasures Of Information Disclosure In Ulanqab Municipal Government

In order to promote socialist democracy and improve the socialist legal system,we will further deepen the reform of the administrative system,accelerate the transformation of government functions,and prevent and control corruption at the source.The State Council promulgates and implements the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information.In recent years,with the enhancement of civic awareness,the information disclosure process has entered the fast lane of quality and efficiency,and the people's demands on government information disclosure have become higher and higher.Especially in the Internet age,not only want government departments to speak out,but also to speak out quickly;This further requires that the government in the government information disclosure work to meet the expectations of the people,timely and proactive to complete the work.For cadres at all levels who govern for the people,information is a bridge to achieve positive interaction.Therefore,the disclosure of government information is becoming more and more important.Through the visit and investigation of Ulanqab City,this paper understands the current situation of government information disclosure and summarizes the effectiveness of the information disclosure work of the municipal government at this stage.Through the study of the present situation,the author thinks that the main problems are: insufficient satisfaction of the masses of government information disclosure work,imperfect laws and regulations,insufficient standardization of application information disclosure,and insufficient utilization of new media.There are four main reasons for these problems: insufficient interaction between the government and the masses,low correlation of supporting systems,poor quality of public content,and insufficient operational capacity of some public officials.In order to solve these problems,the author proposes to improve the quality of information disclosure work in Ulanqab municipalgovernment from the four aspects of improving the government and citizens' awareness of government information disclosure work,establishing and perfecting scientific assessment mechanism,improving the quality of information disclosure content,and improving staff's operational ability.The paper hopes to provide reference for the government information work in Ulanqab city and help the Ulanqab municipal government to carry out the government information disclosure work more smoothly.
