The Causes And Paths For Internet Enterprises To Perform Disability Charity Responsibilities

In recent years,in the context of economic globalization and the vigorous development of information communication technology,Chinese enterprises,including Internet companies,have paid more and more attention to social responsibility construction.At the same time,the Internet brings more choices and freedoms to people with disabilities,and Internet companies have the advantage and performance to perform their disability charity responsibilities.Regarding this status quo,this paper attempts to explore the following two questions: 1.What are the motivations for Chinese Internet companies to perform their disability charity responsibilities? 2.What is the path for Chinese Internet companies to fulfill their disability charity responsibilities? This paper selects 8 Internet companies such as Alibaba,Tencent,Baidu,JD,Ant Financial,Didi Chuxing,Meituan,HKUST and Feifei as the research objects,using in-depth interviews and case studies to try to discuss disability charity as the Internet The motivation and path of corporate social responsibility.The research found that: 1.There are three reasons for the Internet companies to fulfill their disability charity responsibilities: the system power as an "corporate citizen" obligation,the moral power based on the comprehensive social contract,and the economic power of the internal driving mechanism.Institutional dynamics include laws,regulations,and system norms regarding human rights,labor practices,and consumer rights;ethical dynamics include the interests of disabled employees and consumers,as well as social initiatives and news media;economic dynamics include companies seeking to maximize profits,The need to obtain a good social reputation and achieve sustainable development.2.The path of disability charity for Internet companies is based on motivation and combined with strategic corporate social responsibility theory.There are four main paths: charitable donation path,barrier-free optimization path,entrepreneurship and employment path,and employee volunteer path.Research Enlightenment: The path of disability charity for Internet companieshas both common and individual characteristics.Internet companies such as Internet synthesis,Internet finance,transportation,O2 O services,artificial intelligence,etc.have different businesses and combine their own businesses to help the disabled,and ultimately reach the economy.Balance of benefits and social benefits.
