This culture exerts a subtle influence on the corporate philanthropy behavior, enterprise and the entrepreneur’s dignity, which require the participation of based on philanthropy, charity also need the enthusiasm of the enterprise support and participation, corporate philanthropy can narrow the gap between rich and poor, to some extent promote the stable and harmonious society, realize common prosperity, is to achieve social transformation in our country and build a well-off society in an all-round way of the bridge and the link; Corporate philanthropy can establish enterprise’s good social image, broaden the enterprise sales channels, to shape a positive corporate culture, improve enterprise staffs cohesive force, can improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and improve relationships with stakeholders.At first, this paper based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, corporate citizenship, through literature research, concluded that corporate philanthropy in our country’s basic situation, through investigation and interview Mengbao furniture co., LTD., Shenyang Quancheng advertising printing co., LTD., Shenyang charity federation, and concludes that corporate philanthropy development characteristics of Shenyang, from the government, enterprises, charitable organizations, social environment four aspects to find the factors affecting the development of enterprise charity in Shenyang, finally according to the result of theoretical and empirical research, from the four levels improve Shenyang development of corporate philanthropy. Hope that through this article research, to arouse the enthusiasm of corporate philanthropy in Shenyang, Shenyang enterprises make more better to join in the charity, and caused the government’s emphasis on corporate philanthropy do charity for enterprises to create favorable policy and social environment, and finally to the attention of the scholars study of corporate philanthropy in Shenyang, abundant literature information.
