Design And Implementation Of Government Document Management System Based On Spring Technology

At present,Chinese government attaches great importance to the use of information to improve the efficiency of management services,accelerating the solid pace of e-government.Today's document management is the core business management of enterprises and public institutions.There are some obvious problems,such as non-standard document management,chaotic file storage,slow retrieval speed,confidentiality and security,inconvenient sharing with others,cumbersome release and approval process leading to low office efficiency,etc.The main work of this thesis is to develop a system of managing the information document for government agencies and to solve these problems systematically.The specific work is as follows.Author of the thesis firstly investigates and studies the relevant background and current research status of document information management in foreign countries,the mainstream technology of document information management at present,and analyzes the problems related to the subject,and further develops the research contents and objectives of this thesis.Then the thesis integrates the current mainstream technologies in information system development : J2 EE,Struts2,Spring,MySQL and B/S technology,and then introduces the system design principles.Then follows the analysis and the blueprint of the document management system,starting with the problems of the current government document management and daily management of the administration.This thesis includes the analysis of the object at the technical and application levels,and the comprehensive conception of the application,technical and inter-constructure layouts,the core function module introduced,and its corresponding to the main flow chart of business process with a detailed analysis,after which,the author employs diagrams to illustrate,analyzes the relationship between the document and the clients in order to explicate E-R relation,and complete the design of the system database.Then the document management system of government agencies was developed and implemented.The UML modeling method was adopted to construct the sequence diagram of system functions and develop each core module of the system.Finally,the system is tested in detail.The research and development of government document processing process is the highlight of this thesis.The government document management system developed in this thesis is applied to local government departments,which can effectively solve the problems of previous document management,improve the efficiency of government work,and enhance the service ability of government.
