The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Document Production System

Judgment document is carrier of recording the results of the litigation activities and the trial process of the people’s courts.It is the only evidence for the people’s courts to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.It is also an important basis for the people’s courts at higher levels to supervise the trial activities of the people’s courts at lower levels.Judgment document writing system used by the current court cannot display relevant materials for reference while the judges prepare the judgment document,nor does it provide a method for promptly introducing the text into the judgment documents,which affected the efficiency of writing judgment documents.And it is not conducive to the improvement of judicial efficiency.Based on the above background,this thesis proposes a solution to build a new Intelligent Document Production System,placing the document writing interface and related materials in the same window,and displaying the relevant materials or related laws and regulations in the left screen while the judge writes judgment documents in the right screen.It also introduces OCR text recognition,template information automatic filling,intelligent voice input and other technologies to realize the intelligence of judgment documents production,further improving the efficiency of the judges in writing the judgment documents.This thesis gives a detailed introduction to the design and implementation of the Intelligent Document Production System.First of all,it introduces the popular front-end and back-end framework technologies such as Spring Boot framework,Hibernate framework and Avalon framework used by the project.Next,according to the functional requirements of the project,the project is divided into case information module,document processing module,laws and regulations module,template generation module,information management module,and detailed requirements analysis of each module is carried out.Then,the specific implementation of each module is introduced,and the results of the system test are shown.Finally,the deficiencies of the system are analyzed,and the future expansion of the system is prospected.The system described in this paper adopts the design concept of front and rear separation.The front end is mainly developed based on the Avalon framework,and the back end uses the Spring Boot framework to simplify development.The main data of the system is stored in Sybase,using the Hibernate framework for database operations,and using Document Server as the server for online document editing.At present,Intelligent Document Production System has been deployed and applied in five pilot courts in Tianjin,which satisfies the needs of the court to realize the intelligence of judgment documents production.The overall operation is in good condition.It provides online document editing services for about 400 judges and is expected to be applied to all courts in the city in the future.
