Nowadays,the informatization of courts is developing rapidly,the degree of informatization of courts is constantly improving,and new litigation methods such as online filing and online trial are becoming more and more popular.At the same time,paper document materials,archives and other management systems are becoming more and more mature,and they can provide highquality and fast services to judicial workers to a certain extent,thereby effectively improving work efficiency.However,up to now,some paper documents used for filing between judges and judges,and between judges and parties,or various judgement documents and paper file materials during the execution of cases can only be obtained by manual The way of delivery,the work efficiency has been seriously mismatched with the degree of court information construction,and even affects work efficiency.In order to make the court informatization level to a higher level,in response to the actual work needs of the court,a court document exchange platform was started.The court document exchange platform for the political and law service industry is composed of multiple intelligent file cabinets.Each intelligent file cabinet is a set of intelligent file access management system,which realizes the entire process management of file transfer,which is convenient,fast and improves judicial work The work efficiency of the person.The hardware design of the court file exchange platform is mainly to design intelligent file cabinets and to configure additional hardware equipment for the file cabinets.On the basis of RFID technology,a non-contact automatic cabinet opening design is proposed.Combined with the actual situation of Tianjin court management,the program has realized an intelligent document exchange platform,which satisfies the actual needs of document transfer between judges and litigants.Make the pickup method diversified while ensuring safety,and can be picked up through many methods such as ID card,work permit,pickup code,QR code and so on.The software design part of the court document exchange platform mainly includes the basic implementation of the court document exchange platform based on the microservice architecture,and the message push module is designed based on the Rabbit MQ message queue.The overall background of the system uses the Spring Cloud microservice architecture,which provides users with a highquality user experience and lays a software foundation for later maintenance and upgrades of the system.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the court document exchange platform.First,it conducts a demand analysis,analyzes the process and methods of legal document circulation in the entire litigation process;then conducts overall system design,module analysis,and database design to divide the system into intelligent file cabinet terminals and appointment Module,cabinet opening module,background management module and message push module;finally,the system is implemented and tested according to the design plan.
