A Study On The Discourse Mode Of The International Communication Of The Socialist Core Values

As the theoretical innovation achievement of Marxist value philosophy,the socialist core values provide the Chinese people with values to follow and norms,which are an important sign of the subjectivity of the Chinese nation;they gather friendly value consensus for the people of the world,which are the cultural core to show the "Chinese road".So how does international communication of the socialist core values convey their value purpose? What are their expression,appeal and influence? And what kind of discourse mode should be used to further improve their communication effect? Through the research,it is found that on the one hand,the socialist core values have contributed to a series of major issues in the new era,such as "what way to go,how to go",and helped China to achieve gratifying development in the fields of society,economy,politics and science and technology under the guidance of their values;on the other hand,the socialist core values have extremely rich connotations,which absorb the excellent values of history and development of human society and reveal the universal values that human beings pursue together.They are the core values of Chinese countries that call for the construction of community of common destiny for all mankind.In the new era,China not only shows the "Four Confidence" to the world,but also shows the "value confidence" of China to the world,and gradually realizes the connotative change from "introducing China" to "explaining China".Therefore,the socialist core values "going global" at that time,we should use appropriate and effective discourse mode,and rational,wise and gripping discourse mode,which show China's determination,confidence and perseverance to explore the way of human coexistence and establish a global partnership.We should truly realize the construction of international communication capacity and the promotion of cultural soft power emphasized by President Xi Jinping,and make the real "pleasant" Chinese voice spread to thousands of overseas households.Based on the international communication of the socialist core values,this paper takes discourse mode as the main line,political discourse as the starting point,and the article layout in the form of "total-part-total" to carry out in-depth research.The first chapter introduces the related situation of the topic,mainly summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,which is closely related to the topic,andevaluates and summarizes it.The second chapter focuses on the core concepts involved in this paper,which are respectively related concepts of the discourse narrative of Marxist ideology,discourse mode and political discourse.The third chapter is to examine the current situation of international communication discourse of the socialist core values on the whole,focusing on "why is it necessary" to elaborate respectively the current situation and relationship between the diplomatic concepts and topics of important speeches,the high-frequency hot spots and themes of media reports,the content and diverse vocabulary of multi-language programs and the discourse of the socialist core values.The fourth chapter mainly takes political discourse as an analysis case,and analyzes and examines the specific discourse mode in an orderly way.It sums up eighteen different discourse mode of the socialist core values on President Xi Jinping's signature article,keynote speech and the thinking of the government of China.And to interpret and mine they in a deep,systematic and balanced way.The fifth chapter is to explore how the international communication of the socialist core values should use the discourse mode to effectively communicate,and summarize the practical application and enlightenment experience of the discourse mode on the whole.Focusing on "how to play the effects",we expounds five different possibilities and specific situations,including we should strengthen the discourse confidence in telling Chinese stories,stand firm in the discourse position in complying with the trend,lay a solid foundation for discourse in dealing with practical problems,distinguish the target of discourse in focusing on the difference of audience and promote the share of discourse in the construction of discourse system,which make the discourse of the socialist core values truly realize "want to hear,love to hear,willing to hear".
