Healthy women after menopause 10 years,probably around 50,began to rapidly losing bone,bone loss,causing osteoporosis,its incidence of a disease for men more than six times.Osteoporosis has been recognized as the highest morbidity and mortality in the world and one of the biggest disease care consumption.So far the world has no ideal method of treatment of osteoporosis and drugs,therefore,the early prevention of osteoporosis and osteopenia remedial intervention is very important,a large number of studies have shown that exercise on slow bone loss,increase bone density has a positive effect.Domestic and foreign research on relationship between sport and bone density has a lot of,in general conclusion is exercise more to improve bone mineral density so as to prevent osteoporosis can play a good role,or large intensity exercise not only can't improve bone mineral density,prevent loss of bone mass,but to cause a decline in bone mineral density,bone fractures appear even.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research,first of all,using analysis method to deal with the experimental data analysis,and then using the method of mathematical modeling in the curve fitting of experimental data analysis,to seek the best exercise effects on bone mineral density.Through experiment and data analysis,the following results:(1)the intensity level of physical activity and low intensity physical activity levels of bone mineral density have significant difference,high intensity in the physical activity level and intensity of physical activity level of bone mineral density had no significant difference,high strength level of physical activity and low intensity physical activity levels of bone mineral density did not differ significantly.(2)When exercise intensity in physical activity level and close to the high intensity physical activity levels,its value is about 2900 MET min/w,effect on bone mineral density of the best results.According to the results put forward the following suggestions:For slow bone loss,increase bone density,bone content,should insist on physical exercise,but should according to oneself circumstance to take appropriate movement way and method,unfavorable for big intensity of high frequency of sports,should try to exercise at a higher intensity in the physical activity level,it will play a positive influence on human bone mineral density.
