With the latest trend in the teaching process,more and more attention has been given to students' perceptions.In PE classes,Demonstration is the simplest,the most commonly used,and one of the most effective means of intuitive teaching.Students are willing to understand a sport via teachers' demonstration.How to demonstrate correctly and appropriately to reach the best result? It should not only come from the perspective of teachers,it is really important to focus on students' perceptions.How learn action demonstration is the process of the integration of individual consciousness,action demonstration study is a mental process,although not directly observed,but can be by imitating human ability to reflect differences in sensory integration ability,imitation and can practice times and practice time to reflect.Movement model is mainly composed of body posture,movement trajectory,movement time,movement speed,movement speed,strength,and movement rhythm of seven elements,these elements have different influence on demonstration effect.In the current studies,most of them focus on the model surface and position.However,Among researches on speed,most are focused on the theoretical research,and not on empirical research.Also,most researches focus on the athletes not the general population.The purpose of this study is,through the experimental methods,to explore the different speed,the difficulty of movement under the action demonstration of demonstration,perceptual capabilities for beginners.Experimental design for 3 x 2 two-factor experiment between groups,the dependent variable is consolidation perception ability,independent variable speed for demonstration(three level)and the difficulty of movement(level).Randomly selected 170 non-sports born not learn tai chi chuan,the preliminary experiment of 20,150 formal experiment,all participants are all students did not take part in similar experiments.Subjects were randomly divided into 6 groups,simple and quick,simple,often speed group respectively,simple,slow,complex fast group,complex normal speed,complex slow group,each group of boys and girls balanced proportion.The individual test way,the three judges to be try to imitate the action from the tracks route and action details two aspects,namely standard is learn to action at the same time.Record the experiment data,and statistical tests with the IBM SPSS Statistics 20,the following results:1.Action demonstration analysis of perceptual speed and students integrated ability,slow demonstration group practice times at least,the average practice time the longest,three different speed group no significant difference in the total practice time.2.The difficulty of movement and the students' perception of conformity ability,simple actions practice time,at least on average total practice time,at least different difficulty two groups no significant difference in the number of practice.3.Speed and difficulty of movement and demonstration analysis,the student's ability of perceptual integration complex slow group practice times at least,longest average practice time,total practice time less.4.Gender and students perceptual integration ability analysis,gender difference was not significant in this experiment.Through the analysis of the results and discussion,the following conclusions:1.Action demonstration speed impact perception capabilities.Among them,the slow demonstration on the overall learning effect is best,most students sensory integration ability.2.The difficulty of movement to the perceptual integration ability.One simple action is faster than the speed of complex motion perception integration.3.Action demonstration speed and difficulty of perceptual integration ability exist interaction.Among them,the difficulty of simple actions,each demonstration speed was not significant effects on the perceptual integration ability of students;When complex difficulty of movement,slow the sensory integration ability for students.When teaching complex movements,it is suggested to choose slow demonstration.Students' learning effect is the best.For simple movements,teachers can choose a different teaching speed according to the agendas.
